Requirements
  • Relevant Energy and Environmental Management industry experience, particularly in nuclear, oil and gas, power and utilities, or distribution engineering.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent education.
  • Six to nine years of experience.
  • Understanding and proficiency with Microsoft Office and business tools, including Excel, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Acrobat, data analytics tools, and Visio.
  • Ability to support Nuclear Industry Advisory and Assistance Services for Fuel Cycle Campaigns on behalf of clients such as the U.S. Department of Energy Idaho Operations Office.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels orally and in writing.
  • Ability to manage projects and activities and prioritize tasks.
Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and plan project, office, and administrative support.
  • Provide general office, documentation, project administration, administrative, secretarial, and human resources support.
  • Support project financial tracking and reporting requirements, including project control and account resolution.
  • Perform other administrative and support functions as assigned.
  • Establish, manage, pursue, and fulfill annual goals and objectives.
  • Support business development and other efforts on behalf of ProSidian Consulting.
