We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to join our team and lead a group of talented software engineers. As an Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for driving the success of engineering projects, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation, and developing and mentoring your team members.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams including product management, design, and QA to deliver high-quality software solutions. You will also be involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, and hiring processes to support the growth and success of our engineering team. The ideal candidate has strong technical skills, excellent leadership abilities, and a passion for building and scaling products.

• Proven experience managing and leading software development teams
• Strong technical background with a focus on web technologies and modern software development practices
• Experience in Agile or Scrum methodologies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Track record of delivering high-quality software products on schedule
• Ability to mentor and develop team members
• Experience in the fintech industry is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
