  • Minimum 6 years HRBP experience preferably with fast-growing technology companies

Responsibilities
  • Proactively develop strong strategic business partnerships and trusted advisor relationships with all levels of leadership.
  • Partner with and between People COE’s and global HRBP teams to deliver seamless human resources processes and programs.
  • Advise, deliver and drive adoption and execution of key HR program cycles including feedback, compensation, promotions, job leveling and annual workforce planning.
  • Manage the performance evaluation process as a core tool to promote a high-performing workplace. Provide performance and development coaching to people leaders, working closely with the People Programs team on manager enablement and delivery.
  • Partner with People Programs to develop and drive talent management strategies which support team growth and individual development plans.
  • Work closely with our Employee Relations Partners, supporting employee relations issues and partnering with Legal as needed. Diagnose and solve underlying ER issues; develop and implement strategies to address them.
  • Develop recruiting strategies with managers; liaise with recruiters to provide insight on staffing needs, position requirements, how the role fits in the organization, unique considerations and budget guidance.
  • Champion and help operationalize inclusion by ensuring diversity, equity, and inclusion strategies are infused in our organizational design, talent strategy, and programs.
  • Collaborate with the broader People team, and cross-functional partners to build and roll-out employee experience initiatives.
  • As a member of the HRBP team, this role may also create cross-functional initiatives, requiring the ability to think beyond the aligned client group for broader impact and understanding.
  • Work with client group and the broader HRBP team to assess, create and implement innovative solutions for a variety of employee engagement initiatives.
