- A valid North Carolina registered nurse license or a compact-state registered nurse license is required.
- Basic Cardiac Life Support certification is required.

- Two years of experience are required for weekend incentive pay.
- Provide nursing care for patients with neurological diseases, including strokes, seizures, spinal cord injuries, and neurosurgery cases.
- Support patients and families with complex plans of care.
- Collaborate with virtual nursing and direct-care nursing staff to support 24/7 nursing care and complex patient needs.
- Focus on patient care from admission through discharge.
