Requirements
- Be working toward a valid Transport Canada Aircraft Maintenance Engineer licence or have a completed logbook that is at least 70% complete.
- Understand aircraft maintenance procedures and operations.
- Be a Canadian citizen or permanent resident.
- Be bilingual in French and English because signing documents, procedures, specifications, and technical regulations are in English.
- Be eligible to obtain a Restricted Area Identity Card.
- Hold a Class 5 driver's licence.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance tasks scheduled by the coordinator.
- Execute tasks in accordance with aircraft specifications and maintenance manuals.
- Work toward becoming a licensed aircraft maintenance technician.
Desired Qualifications
- Prior experience in a related position, such as an apprentice, is an asset.
- Demonstrate organization and the ability to work under pressure.
- Demonstrate attention to detail.
- Demonstrate a positive attitude.
- Demonstrate teamwork and communication skills.
