Responsibilities
  • Own monthly reporting (budget variances, P&L, MD&A), keeping leadership informed.
  • Become a master of workforce planning, wielding the Applicant Tracking System (Lever) like a champion.
  • Dive deep into the sales engine using Salesforce.com, collaborating with sales to unlock insights.
  • Lead the charge on Purchasing and Travel policy updates, wielding tools like Tropic.
  • Become a financial analysis guru, tackling costing, P&L activities, and strategic initiatives.
  • Partner with the A-team, supporting month-end close, audits, and more.
