Requirements
  • Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills.

  • Prior 2+ years of experience in a Compliance, Client Account Management, Data Analytics or Customer Service role.
  • Proactive problem solver with a growth mindset and positive attitude who is keen on identifying solutions to complex problems.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills. Can handle multiple assignments simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience working with affiliate networks a plus (Rakuten, CJ, Impact, etc.)
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially Microsoft Excel (knowledge in Pivot Tables and V-lookups a plus)
  • Willing to learn new tools and systems.
Responsibilities
  • Reviews and monitors website and social media content for regulatory compliance and to ensure adherence to compliance standards.
  • Accurately identifies outdated offers, pricing inaccuracies and missing requirements in marketplace listings, social media posts, editorial articles, and digital ads.
  • Collaborate with publishers, editorial and account management teams to resolve compliance issues promptly.
  • Submit mock-up requirements to client agencies for approval to promote new product content, site features or social media posts.
  • Become the compliance point of contact and subject matter expert in the client accounts supported.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
