About the job
- Several years of experience as an Assistant Store Manager in fashion and/or luxury companies with a structured retail chain.
- Experience in retail or in a customer-facing role.
- Three years of experience as a clothing-sector salesperson is required.
- Fluent English is required.
- The candidate must demonstrate strong presentation and professionalism, teamwork orientation, human-resources management aptitude, results orientation, passion for fashion, positivity, schedule flexibility, and a strong aptitude for assisted selling.
- The candidate must be available for holidays, shifts, and weekends.
- Maximize sales while complying with company standards by guiding, motivating, and developing store-floor staff.
- Ensure achievement of assigned qualitative and quantitative plan objectives set by the Store Manager.
- Ensure achievement of store productivity objectives communicated by the Store Manager.
- Identify effective solutions for adjusting store-floor staffing to customer and market needs.
- Motivate the team in collaboration with management staff.
- Promote, adopt, and develop the use of digital technologies within the function for process management and relationships with internal and external business stakeholders.
- Passion for styling and attention to detail.
- Proactivity and energy, with enthusiasm for working in a curious and passionate fashion team.
- Orientation toward achieving results.
