About the job
- Must be able to work AM and/or PM shifts, with availability discussed during the interview process.
- Proficiency in English is required.
- Experience working with point-of-sale systems, booking platforms, and Microsoft Office.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel is preferred.
- Ability to resolve issues with a customer-focused orientation.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational ability.
- Ability to take initiative to complete necessary tasks.
- Answer the multiline phone system and provide guests with information about the resort and activities.
- Provide exceptional, friendly, and engaging service.
- Ensure the best selection for guests and maximize revenue through suggestive selling techniques.
- Recommend property dining outlets and assist guests with information and special requests.
- Book restaurant reservation requests.
- Facilitate taking guest room delivery orders.
- Accurately input data into the appropriate systems.
- Acquire extensive knowledge of the premises.
- Communicate clearly and effectively.
- Multilingual ability.
- Experience in a guest-focused role.
- Experience working with point-of-sale systems, booking platforms, and Microsoft Office.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
