Ekimetrics Acquires Actable to Scale AI-Driven Customer Analytics Globally

Ekimetrics acquires Actable to scale ai-driven customer analytics globally. As part of its newly launched "Elevate" strategic plan, Ekimetrics has announced the acquisition of Actable, a U.S.-based specialist in AI-powered customer analytics. With this move, Ekimetrics is reinforcing its ambition to become the global leader in large-scale managed data and AI solutions by 2028, while significantly strengthening its footprint in North America. Notably, the acquisition of Actable represents a cornerstone initiative within the Elevate roadmap. Through this strategy, Ekimetrics aims to accelerate its international expansion, develop hyper-specialized AI use cases across every major business function, and build long-term strategic partnerships. This decision also comes at a pivotal moment, as nearly 50% of Ekimetrics' revenue already originates from international markets, underscoring its expanding influence across North America, EMEA, and Asia. By bringing Actable into its ecosystem, Ekimetrics is taking a decisive step toward offering clients a more unified and scalable data and AI value chain. As Jean-Baptiste Bouzige, CEO of Ekimetrics, stated, "The acquisition of Actable allows us to offer our clients a better integrated data and AI value chain, capable of delivering long-term impact for strategic decision-making and sustainable competitive advantages." He further emphasized the importance of the deal, noting, "This operation marks a key milestone in our ambition to deploy AI at scale, with core expertise in marketing and sales functions and a proven track record in developing new use cases." Importantly, Actable's deep specialization in customer analytics complements Ekimetrics' longstanding expertise in marketing performance measurement and P&L optimization. According to Bouzige, "Actable brings unique depth that complements our historical expertise and strengthens our ability to meet the critical needs of our clients through a unique 'platform & service' model, combining high-value data and AI solutions with business experts who understand the operational complexity of large international groups." Strengthening marketing and sales through advanced customer intelligence. Through this acquisition, Ekimetrics significantly enhances its marketing and sales offering by integrating advanced customer intelligence capabilities. While Ekimetrics already excels in identifying performance drivers across marketing and sales, Actable contributes a highly granular and actionable view of customer behavior. As a result, organizations can gain greater context, traceability, and consistency across all data systems. Specifically, the acquisition enables expanded customer analytics capabilities, including standardized predictive models such as propensity to buy, churn risk, and Customer Lifetime Value (CLV). In addition, Actable's complementary technology stack strengthens Ekimetrics' ability to measure marketing and sales effectiveness beyond traditional marketing mix optimization, spanning media, pricing, promotions, product strategies, and store performance. Moreover, this integrated approach allows CMOs, CROs, and sales leaders to move seamlessly from ROI measurement to personalized engagement. By gaining a deeper, contextualized understanding of customer journeys and behaviors, enterprises can better manage topline growth and optimize acquisition strategies at scale. Actable continues its mission within Ekimetrics. Following the acquisition, Actable will continue operating as a customer analytics leader within the Ekimetrics group. The company will remain focused on helping organizations connect, govern, and unify customer data in the AI era, while also maintaining integrations with its existing technology partners. Over time, Ekimetrics will progressively embed Actable's capabilities ranging from data integration and quality to governance and predictive analytics directly into its core platform. Reflecting on the next phase, Matt Geitzer, CEO of Actable, said, "Joining Ekimetrics allows us to significantly accelerate our mission: helping organizations unlock the full value of their customer data with AI." He added, "By integrating Actable's data management capabilities directly into the Ekimetrics platform, companies worldwide will be able to drive innovation, efficiency, and growth by relying on a single partner that unites business applications, trusted data, and artificial intelligence." Together, Ekimetrics and Actable are positioning themselves to deliver end-to-end, AI-driven customer intelligence solutions that meet the evolving needs of global enterprises.
