Requirements
  • Minimum of 3-5 years experience in product analytics
  • 2+ years of products analytics experience in growth-oriented SaaS environments
  • Expertise in SQL and experience with cloud based data warehouses (like Snowflake, Redshift, Databricks, BigQuery)
  • Familiarity with analytical or scripting programming languages such as R or Python
  • Advanced competency in Tableau for creating interactive reports, dashboards and visualizations
  • Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science or a related field
Responsibilities
  • Dive deep into user data and feedback to discover insights, influencing product evolution and customer experience enhancements
  • Collaborate closely with product, engineering and data to define, monitor and optimize key growth metrics. Drive strategies for improvement.
  • Champion a data-driven decision making culture across teams by providing compelling analysis and actionable insights. Facilitate a culture shift towards data-centric approaches across teams.
  • Develop sophisticated visualizations and self service dashboards that communicate clear and impactful insights effectively to technical and non technical stakeholders
  • Work with other analysts to build out our data warehouse and analytics practices, advocating for scalable design, data modeling best practices and impactful analytics
  • Actively participate in product strategy discussions, leveraging data driven insights to guide decision making processes. Proactively identify opportunities that can improve our data and product ecosystems.
Desired Qualifications
  • Familiarity with Segment, FullStory, and/or DBT is nice to have
