  • Bachelor's degree in business, management, engineering, supply chain, public administration, or related field
  • 10+ years managing federal, DOE/NNSA, defense, civilian agency, or regulated infrastructure consulting programs; demonstrated PMO experience for acquisition, contracts, procurement, supply chain, or business transformation engagements; experience coordinating across SRNS priorities and with SRNS stakeholders
Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain the integrated project schedule; manage deliverables, milestones, risks, issues, and actions; coordinate SRNS stakeholder meetings; oversee hybrid delivery; manage priorities directed by SRNS; ensure deliverable quality, version control, and acceptance readiness
  • Lead program governance, oversee C&SCM procedural transformation, manages schedule, risk, stakeholder alignment, and ensures delivery of all contractual requirements
  • Lead integrated governance, scheduling, risk control, and stakeholder alignment for compliant C&SCM procedural delivery
  • Deliver compliant, streamlined C&SCM procedures, governance, and execution optimizing nuclear, environmental, energy infrastructure supply chain performance
  • Establish control, cadence, and delivery structure from day one
  • Integrated Master Schedule development and maintenance; deliverable governance & milestone tracking; risk/issue management; stakeholder communication planning
  • Change control for Nuclear And Environmental Management Energy, Infrastructure, And Environment Contracts & Supply Chain Management Procedural Support; establish a communication plan outlining frequency and methods of stakeholder communication
  • Conduct in-depth review and analysis of the prime contract, governing documents, and applicable laws
  • Develop and customize procurement and supply chain procedures
  • Create and update supporting documents, forms, terms, and conditions reflecting the newly developed procedures
  • Develop Acquisition Life Cycle Flow Charts and visually illustrate the acquisition life cycle
  • Provide training support through both virtual and in-person sessions
  • Establish mechanisms for continuous improvement by regularly collecting feedback and monitoring effectiveness
  • Maintain procedural, forms, and terms and conditions compliance resulting from changes to prime contract, governing documents, and applicable laws
Desired Qualifications
  • PMP, FAC-P/PM, DAWIA, or equivalent certification preferred; master's degree desirable
