RippleX team is growing and we are looking for a results-oriented and passionate Senior Devops Engineer to help build out our developer infrastructure. You will play a critical role helping to advance Ripple’s development and production infrastructure, improving our DevOps process including deployment, monitoring, instrumentation and overall infrastructure management.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Build automation into our process and support continuous integration
• Manage and improve our deployment process
• Build and improve monitoring of services
• Manage cloud infrastructure
• Build tools that will improve productivity
• Help improve our platform fundamentals such as reliability and availability
• Participate in a robust and fair on-call framework
• Troubleshoot issues with application and infrastructure

WHAT YOU’LL BRING: 

• Extensive experience on managing cloud infrastructure and cloud deployment/systems experience, preferably with AWS.
• 5+ years experience working in DevOps / Platform / Infrastructure engineering
• Strong passion for solid platform fundamentals such as automation, reliability, scalability and availability
• Experience with CI/CD pipeline orchestration including spinning up/down environments for automated regression testing and containerization
• Experience maintaining storage systems for dependencies and artifacts of build pipelines
• Good knowledge of linux OS, strong scripting skills in Bash, Python, Networking, etc
• Experience with administration of Docker or Kubernetes infrastructure
• Team player with a desire to bring the best out of everyone on their team

Pluses:

• Experience with operating blockchain infrastructure
• Experience with Terragrunt/Terraform, Helm, GCP
