RippleX team is growing and we are looking for a results-oriented and passionate Senior Devops Engineer to help build out our developer infrastructure. You will play a critical role helping to advance Ripple’s development and production infrastructure, improving our DevOps process including deployment, monitoring, instrumentation and overall infrastructure management.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Build automation into our process and support continuous integration
- Manage and improve our deployment process
- Build and improve monitoring of services
- Manage cloud infrastructure
- Build tools that will improve productivity
- Help improve our platform fundamentals such as reliability and availability
- Participate in a robust and fair on-call framework
- Troubleshoot issues with application and infrastructure
- Extensive experience on managing cloud infrastructure and cloud deployment/systems experience, preferably with AWS.
- 5+ years experience working in DevOps / Platform / Infrastructure engineering
- Strong passion for solid platform fundamentals such as automation, reliability, scalability and availability
- Experience with CI/CD pipeline orchestration including spinning up/down environments for automated regression testing and containerization
- Experience maintaining storage systems for dependencies and artifacts of build pipelines
- Good knowledge of linux OS, strong scripting skills in Bash, Python, Networking, etc
- Experience with administration of Docker or Kubernetes infrastructure
- Team player with a desire to bring the best out of everyone on their team
Pluses:
- Experience with operating blockchain infrastructure
- Experience with Terragrunt/Terraform, Helm, GCP
