Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in a partner-facing or account management role
  • Excellent project management skills, including experience working with other departments and external partners, and executing against deadlines
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a demonstrated ability to work independently
  • Outstanding ability to solve problems using available resources, and thoughtfully explain resolutions and best practices
  • Experience with Salesforce or comparable CRM tools
  • Legally able to work in the U.S
Responsibilities
  • Partnership management for third-party partners that include (but are not limited to) agencies, loyalty, marketing, data intelligence, consulting
  • Maintain knowledge bases on all ecosystem partnerships to educate internal and external stakeholders
  • Collaborate with Go-To-Market teams to support onboarding strategic partners
  • Work with our internal Specialist team to onboard new brand clients and manage the intake of partners to ensure they abide by best practices
  • Identify business development opportunities within the partner Ecosystem
  • Work with Olo's teams to answer any delivery, product enhancement, or developer support related questions and provide strategic direction
