Requirements
  • 10+ years of professional experience in Finance with strong operational knowledge of SaaS business models preferred
  • Bachelors degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance; MBA preferred
  • Previous experience supporting a Marketing organization.
  • Strong communication skills and prior experience working with c-suite executives.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to work cross functionally and with all levels of management
  • Experience with advanced use of SQL for data mining and business intelligence
Responsibilities
  • Primary finance business partner to Marketing and Communications teams. Responsible for driving monthly close & forecasting, quarterly outlook and annual planning process using financial systems and advanced Excel functions.
  • Streamline the forecast process, increase forecast accuracy, align across various teams and stakeholders to enable meaningful forecast reviews with leadership
  • Develop and refine financial and performance guardrails (LTV/CAC, ROAS, GNARR) for Marketing to meet north star metrics.
  • Create high quality, data-driven financial analyses that drive business insights and support informed decision-making by leadership
