  • Must be comfortable using computers, Zoom, and virtual communication tools.
  • No prior insurance experience is required.
Responsibilities
  • Meet with clients through scheduled Zoom and phone appointments.
  • Explain available supplemental benefit programs.
  • Guide clients through enrollment and application processes.
  • Answer questions with professionalism, empathy, and integrity.
  • Provide ongoing policy support and follow-up communication.
  • Develop trusted relationships through exceptional client service.
  • Conduct benefit reviews and policy updates.
  • Help clients understand their options as their needs evolve.
  • Keep accurate digital client records.
  • Follow company policies and applicable state regulations.
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in every interaction.
Desired Qualifications
  • Previous experience in customer service, healthcare, education, financial services, military support, sales, or client relations is helpful but not required.
