What You'll Do
🤝 Support Clients with Care
Meet with clients through scheduled Zoom and phone appointments
Explain available supplemental benefit programs
Guide clients through enrollment and application processes
Answer questions with professionalism, empathy, and integrity
Provide ongoing policy support and follow-up communication
🌟 Build Long-Term Relationships
Develop trusted relationships through exceptional client service
Conduct benefit reviews and policy updates
Help clients understand their options as their needs evolve

Important Information About This Opportunity
This is a 100% remote, independent contractor opportunity with American Income Life / Globe Life. Compensation is commission-based and performance-driven; this is not an hourly or salaried position.
Candidates selected to move forward should be prepared to:
• Be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States
• Provide their own computer/laptop, webcam, reliable high-speed internet, and professional remote workspace
• Complete required training and participate in virtual meetings
• Obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities
• Complete applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements at the candidate’s expense
No prior insurance experience is required. Training, mentorship, licensing guidance, and ongoing professional development are provided.
This opportunity is best suited for individuals who are self-motivated, coachable, comfortable working independently, and interested in a performance-based career with opportunities for professional growth and advancement.
