Requirements
  • Completed basic vocational training in refrigeration or air-conditioning technology.
  • A valid Category B driver's license.
  • Business-fluent German.
  • Strong customer-service orientation and communication skills.
  • A high degree of independence, flexibility, and entrepreneurial thinking.
  • A team-oriented approach and friendly demeanor.
Responsibilities
  • Service commercial refrigeration systems in the food industry, including monitoring, maintenance, and repair, predominantly of carbon dioxide systems.
  • Independently diagnose and resolve faults in refrigeration equipment.
  • Carry out regular inspection and maintenance work.
  • Perform minor installations and modifications to existing systems.
  • Provide on-call and on-demand service coverage.
  • Carry out employee occupational-safety responsibilities and tasks.
  • Document and record the time for all work performed using digital reports.
  • Ensure provided tools and personal protective equipment are complete and ready for use.
  • Maintain the condition of the assigned service vehicle, including following manufacturer maintenance intervals, changing tires, and coordinating repairs when necessary.
Desired Qualifications
  • A refrigerant handling permit is desirable.
  • French language skills are advantageous but not required.
