As a member of Symmetry Software’s Enablement team, the Learning & Development Specialist will increase the bandwidth of the team and will create, develop, implement, and conduct training and development curricula for Symmetry clients and employees. In this role you will assess the training and development needs through input from surveys, interviews, focus groups, and communication with Symmetry clients and employees. Be responsible for establishing and maintaining training platforms, content, and learning programs that are focused on increasing knowledge and value of Symmetry products and features that lead toward client adoption and usage.
A strong candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written and the ability to work collaboratively across all Symmetry teams. They should have current experience in developing and delivering training related to Software APIs and SDKs. High attention to detail and a passion for ensuring training programs reach the intended audience through various methods and channels are essential. Experience in creating and delivering training for HR Tech Platforms and the Software industry is required. The following summary outlines the primary responsibilities for this position, though additional duties may be assigned, and specific activities may change over time.
Gusto has physical office spaces in Denver, San Francisco, and New York City. Employees who are based in those locations will be expected to work from the office on designated days approximately 2-3 days per week (or more depending on role). The same office expectations apply to all Symmetry roles, Gusto’s subsidiary, whose physical office is in Scottsdale.
Note: The San Francisco office expectations encompass both the San Francisco and San Jose metro areas.
When approved to work from a location other than a Gusto office, a secure, reliable, and consistent internet connection is required.
