  • 5+ years of experience in managing large, cross-functional projects.
  • Strong understanding of waterfall, Agile, and hybrid project methodologies.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including conflict resolution and expectation management.
  • Ability to multitask and successfully run multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Certifications in Agile (e.g. Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PMI-ACP).
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g. ClickUp, Jira, Atlassian Suite).
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills with a focus on practical solutions.
Responsibilities
  • Lead department projects from initiation to successful delivery, defining objectives, scope, estimates, and timelines.
  • Develop and execute project strategies and plans, including tools and methods needed.
  • Monitor progress and budgets, ensuring projects stay on track while addressing any stakeholder concerns.
  • Prepare and manage project documentation, including status reports and communications for stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with team subject matter experts to provide technical insights and resolve issues.
  • Motivate and guide project teams throughout the project lifecycle, providing leadership and solutions.
  • Proactively handle pushback and feedback from stakeholders, using negotiation and interpersonal skills to maintain project momentum and foster collaboration.
