About the company

Mandarich Law Group represents creditors seeking repayment of consumer and commercial debt. The firm works with borrowers to negotiate settlements and payment plans, while its attorneys handle cases that proceed through the courts. Its practice covers the collection process before a lawsuit, during litigation and after a judgment, with the steps used depending on the account and applicable state law. Borrowers can review accounts and submit payments online or contact representatives by phone, and the firm acts for creditor clients rather than giving legal advice to consumers. Founded in 2009, Mandarich Law Group is headquartered in Chicago, Illinois.
