  • 10+ years of experience in product management
  • 3+ years leading small teams a plus
  • Experience as a Product Manager building platform services/products
  • Strong conceptual and critical thinking
  • Familiarity with cloud data services
  • Strong sense of customer empathy
  • Strong analytical abilities
  • Collaborative teammate with strong communication skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (e.g. EE, CS); MBA or equivalent experience highly preferred
Responsibilities
  • Engage with customers and internal product line partners
  • Develop insights into top opportunities to add differentiated value for customers
  • Work with other Splunk Platform PM leaders to build compelling data platform capabilities
  • Supervise high impact cross-cutting integration related initiatives
  • Communicate overall strategy and combined integration roadmap
  • Build positive relationships with business and development partners
  • Take SaaS or IaaS products from concept to launch
