Process credit card payments.
Dispatch calls using radio codes and practices.

The dispatcher position is critical to the efficient assignment of resources to customers and clients served by the company. All communications between crews, callers, hospitals, management and others flows through the dispatcher. This position requires a strong team player with a professional attitude, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work well under pressure to ensure that all calls are responded to safely and rapidly. Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Answering phone calls and making phone calls
Taking insurance information for company billing department
Verifying insurance ( a plus)

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
