  • Immersive design expertise: You have a strong foundation in designing immersive experiences that span physical and digital, with a keen eye for art direction and visual storytelling.
  • Proficient in design software: You have experience with industry-standard design software, 3D software, and are eager to learn more about game engines like Unreal Engine and Unity, and other relevant technologies. Experience with 3D modeling and motion graphics is a plus.
  • Effective collaborator and communicator: You have strong verbal and written communication skills and are able to work effectively with others to achieve common goals. You're also self-motivated and driven to deliver high-quality results, with the ability to manage your time and workload effectively.
  • A portfolio that showcases both physical and digital design examples.
Responsibilities
  • Concept Development – Collaborating with our team to ideate, design, and execute cutting-edge concepts that engage consumers in unique and memorable ways. Develop creative briefs, mood boards, and prototypes that bring ideas to life across various mediums.
  • Visual storytelling – Be part of the development of immersive art direction for a wide range of experiences, that may include physical space, virtual worlds and gaming environments.
  • Team Collaboration - Partner with directors, designers, artists, developers, and external agencies to bring immersive experiences to fruition.
  • Staying ahead of industry trends in art, design, technology, and gaming. Leverage insights to inspire new ideas and keep Nike at the forefront of immersive experiences.

  • Passionate about sports, culture, and gaming: You have a genuine interest in sports, culture, gaming, and Nike's mission to bring inspiration and innovation to every athlete in the world.
