Project Lead - Master Data Management, MDM, & Migration

WHAT IF you could build the data foundation for a global business transformation?

As part of our global business transformation program OneERP, we are looking for someone experienced to lead the MDM and Data Migration workstream across our international organization. In this strategic role, you will orchestrate business, IT, integration and migration activities, ensuring that high-quality, harmonized data enables a successful ERP transformation. You will work closely with stakeholders across functions and countries, driving alignment, governance and delivery excellence throughout the entire project lifecycle.

Responsibilities:

• Own the delivery of the global Master Data Management & Migration stream within our OneERP transformation program.
• Manage project scope, timelines, resources, risks and governance while enabling informed decision-making.
• Lead all teams across MDM, Migration and Integration, ensuring alignment, execution and successful project delivery.
• Act as the key contact for cross-functional stakeholders, managing requirements, dependencies and project priorities across business and IT.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration between business, IT and external partners to translate requirements into actionable solutions while defining priorities and ensuring timely execution of key deliverables.
• Ensure successful data migration and business adoption through strong focus on data quality, testing, deployment and stabilization.
• Lead the harmonization of master data processes and governance across countries, functions and business units.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Business Informatics, Data Management, Computer Science, Engineering or a comparable field.
• Several years of experience leading complex ERP, digital transformation, MDM or data migration projects.
• Strong expertise in data migration, data governance, data integration and data quality management.
• Experience managing large-scale international projects involving multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Professional project management skills, including planning, budgeting, resource management and risk management. Certification such as PMP, PRINCE2 or agile project management is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Fluent German and English language skills; additional languages are a plus.

A salary in line with the market is offered for this position, which is based on the specific qualification and adequate professional experience.

We are required by law to state a minimum salary. The minimum annual gross salary for this position is 53.810 EUR according to the collective agreement (woodworking industry).
