- Perform code-compliant repairs, installations, and upgrades to panels, breakers, wiring, circuits, switches, receptacles, lighting, specialty fixtures, and other residential electrical components and systems.
- Conduct electrical system evaluations and explain findings to homeowners.
- Provide professional recommendations and solutions with integrity and transparency, focused on customer satisfaction.
- Ensure work meets local, state, and National Electrical Code requirements.
- Document work accurately using mobile service software.
- Maintain a clean, professional appearance and service vehicle.
- Deliver a professional in-home customer experience on every call.
