Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 8+ years proven experience as a Salesforce Solutions Architect, with additional experience in enterprise architecture.
  • Deep understanding of Salesforce's Sales cloud environment including but not limited to CPQ, Lead to Cash process, Lead routing and more.
  • Strong foundation in data architecture and best practices in data management and security.
  • Excellent leadership skills with experience leading cross-functional teams in dynamic environments.
  • Robust problem-solving abilities with a track record of innovative solution implementation.
  • Proficient in stakeholder management, able to build trust and rapport with clients and team members.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of conducting high-impact presentations and workshops.
  • Salesforce Architect certifications are a must (e.g., Certified Technical Architect, Certified Application Architect).
Responsibilities
  • Design and architect scalable and performant solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem.
  • Collaborate with enterprise architects to ensure alignment with broader system landscapes and technology strategies.
  • Lead data modeling, and integration efforts to ensure seamless data flow across multiple platforms.
  • Manage environment setups, configurations, and deployments across various Salesforce clouds and connected applications.
  • Oversee a team of developers and administrators, providing guidance and leadership throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Ensure the best user experience and perform automation and data sharing operations.
  • Act as a liaison between technical and non-technical stakeholders, effectively communicating complex concepts and solutions.
  • Maintain responsibility for project outcomes, addressing any challenges and ensuring successful handoffs to other systems.
