In this role you will gain experience in.... 

• Project Management and Analysis – work with the Business Transformation Team (PMO) inside of Global Operations/Global Deal Management to deliver against the project portfolio investments   
• Gain experience in customer Entitlement, Subscription usage and verification, and analysis of Contract data and Compliance business rules

Project Management Responsibilities include: 

• Leverage and strengthen skillsets as an e2e Project Manager to aide and deliver critical Global Deal Management and/or cross-enterprise projects 
• Develop overall project workplan, dependency & Risk analysis, and resourcing requirements 
• Create and help manage individual project plans, status reports, and delivery accountability related to the project goals
• Develop and analyze tasks and activities required to plan testing phases and change enablement needs
• Understand and assist on project communications across team members
• Analyze key business processes and help re-design for efficiencies and achieve to-be business process outcomes
• Assist in learning and developing KPIs

Subscription Usage / Compliance

• ServiceNow offers an enterprise, SAAS-based, subscription platform and suite of products
• Begin to understand customer entitlements versus their usage, and the business logic around Compliance rules, interpreting usage and reviewing contractual data against their usage of the ServiceNow platform
• Interpret and analyze overages to facilitate compliance revenue generation, as well as to enable sales teams around use verification tools, compliance status of their customers and true-up opportunities 
• Understand association of subscription, license, usage, and contractual data 
• Work with Business Intelligence team on ways to improve use verification & compliance on future developments of

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an accredited university, and on track to graduate between Dec 2024 - June 2025
• Strong communication skills
• Critical, independent problem solving skills
• Ability to balance working with teams, for teams, or when required -- to guide/lead teams towards objectives
• Familiarity and comfort working with data and analytics
• Strong desire to succeed
