Applied Materials’ VSU BU Implant is searching for an intern to join our team in Spring 2025! Working in our Quality Group as a product Quality engineering intern; the position will entail the following:
- Support processing of defective material
- Learning of SAP Integrated Business system
- Will have opportunity to visit local suppliers with our Quality team
- You will participate on cross functional teams in solving problems
- You will be exposed to engineering groups and participate in small projects
- You may if time permits tour a Semi-conductor fab
- Co-op dates: Jan 2025 - July 2025
- On-site at Gloucester, MA location
Requirements
- Student must be pursuing a bachelor’s degree program in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, or a related field
- Student must be in good academic standing at their university
- Student should have strong interpersonal skills and feel comfortable being inquisitive and asking people questions
- Organization, thirst for problem solving and communication skills a must
The rate offered to a selected candidate will be based on a number of factors including location and education level and will vary depending on confirmed job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
