Strengthening mental health support in our communities.

Strengthening mental health support in its communities. October 22, 2026 Through partnerships with NAMI and CMHA, Stantec is helping build awareness, foster connection, and expand access to support Strong communities depend on people feeling supported, connected, and empowered to seek help when they need it. Across North America, Stantec is working alongside two leading mental health organizations, the National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI) in the United States, and the Canadian Mental Health Association (CMHA) in Canada, to help advance mental health awareness, reduce stigma, and connect more people with critical resources and support. Since becoming a corporate partner of both organizations in 2024, Stantec has combined financial contributions with employee volunteerism and engagement to help strengthen community-based mental health programs, advocacy efforts, and education initiatives that reach thousands of people each year. Together, these partnerships reflect a shared belief that building healthier, more resilient communities starts with caring for the people who call them home. Partnering with NAMI in the US As part of its 2026 partnership with NAMI, Stantec supported Mental Illness Awareness Week through a challenge gift campaign that encouraged employees and communities to contribute to NAMI's mission. Stantec also invested in NAMI on Campus, a program that empowers student-led mental health clubs in high schools and colleges across the country. Today, NAMI supports 339 high school clubs and 243 college clubs that create safe spaces for conversation, promote mental health awareness, connect students with resources, and encourage help-seeking behaviors. These efforts are helping young people build understanding, resilience, and a sense of belonging during some of life's most formative years. Founded in 1979, NAMI is the largest grassroots mental health organization in the United States, with 49 NAMI State Organizations and more than 650 local NAMI Affiliates nationwide. Through education, peer support, advocacy, and public awareness programs, NAMI helps individuals living with mental health conditions, along with their families and caregivers, navigate challenges and find support. These include education courses, mental health presentations, support groups, HelpLine services, outreach initiatives for specific communities, and youth and young adult resources. Advancing CMHA's impact in Canada In Canada, Stantec continued its support of CMHA through initiatives including the Push-Up Challenge, Mental Health Week, the Stantec in the Community Week webinar challenge, and the recently-launched Strong Enough to Rest campaign. As a Dollar Match Day Partner in the 2026 Push-Up Challenge, Stantec matched donations up to $100,000 in a single day, helping amplify support for mental health programs across the country. Three undervalued Canadian stocks: Groupe Dynamite, Stantec and Altius Minerals

Simply Wall St has named three Canadian stocks that its cash flow screen suggests trade below the value of their future cash flows. High interest rates are hurting heavily indebted firms, it says, and putting cash-generating companies in focus. Groupe Dynamite (TSX:GRGD), a women's fashion retailer, has a market cap of CA$6.69 billion. It earns about CA$1.49 billion in revenue and is expanding in the US and UK. Stantec (TSX:STN), an engineering and consulting firm, has a market cap of CA$11.01 billion. It earns about CA$7.0 billion in revenue and reports a $7.9 billion backlog. Altius Minerals, a royalty and streaming business, has a market cap of CA$3.32 billion. Its lithium royalty portfolio could benefit from rising battery demand.
