Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience at a top-tier investment banking, consulting firm, within an equivalent corporate development/strategy group or working in FP&A at a hyper-growth startup
  • Strong financial acumen with the ability to analyze complex financial data and make strategic recommendations
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey complex information to various stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams, including balancing many cross-functional stakeholders, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels
  • Proactive and creative problem-solver who takes initiative on implementing new approaches and processes
  • Ability to think about the long-term strategy of the company and the industry
  • Self-starter with bias to action and orientation towards business outcomes

Responsibilities
  • Contribute to our mission to eliminate every barrier to mental healthcare for our members
  • Lead the identification, evaluation, and execution of strategic partnerships, mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate development opportunities
  • Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify potential business opportunities, industry trends, and competitive landscape
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with external partners, industry leaders, and key stakeholders to enhance collaboration and identify potential growth avenues
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess potential synergies, risks, and financial implications of corporate development initiatives
  • Coordinate investor meetings, presentations, and roadshows to build and maintain positive relationships with the investment community
  • Perform financial modeling, valuation, and due diligence activities to support corporate development initiatives
  • Analyze and interpret financial data to develop insights into the company's strategic opportunities and present findings to senior leadership
