Responsibilities
Receive daily deliveries and verify them against invoices at the time of receiving.
Put away all deliveries in the correct locations and empty carts.
Organize and stage return bins, outgoing packages, and carts for pickup or delivery.
Keep markets organized, clean, and fully stocked.
Practice first-in, first-out rotation of all market items.
Discard and track expired products on the approved waste sheet.
Label expiry dates on products when necessary.
Keep all storerooms and loading areas clean and organized.
Track inventory shortages and surpluses and report them to the manager on duty.
Oversee specific product placement in all markets according to market schematics or manager direction.
Support new product rollouts, test scanning, and product placement in markets according to market schematics or manager direction.
Ensure consistency and continuity of product placement across all market locations.
Transport products, supplies, and prepared and raw materials to restaurant departments as requested.
Escort vendors and maintenance companies from designated airfield checkpoints and loading areas to storage areas and back.
Deliver items to different areas using different routes.
Follow routes and time schedules.
Load, unload, prepare, inspect, and operate the delivery vehicle.
Collect, secure, and deliver invoices and paperwork to the designated person or area.
Complete logs and reports.
Follow Department of Transportation and Air Operations Area regulations and safety standards.

Position Summary: The utility worker contributes to the overall success of the business by overseeing the organization, quality, and inventory of the Restaurants/Markets/Storerooms. Driving responsibilities apply to MCA properties with company vehicles and crewmembers with a valid driver’s license and are supplemental to the utility worker position when deemed necessary. Responsibilities:
