Responsibilities
  • Identify industry trends and propose modern learning strategies to create business briefs for products, programs, and projects that encourage the knowledge, skills, and behaviors to drive customer experience and business growth goals. Establish success metrics to measure impact and generate insights.
  • Connect with field teams to see the world through their eyes and understand team and leader needs, identify challenges, learn from local efforts, test ideas, implement solutions, and adapt for impact.
  • Lead portfolios of learning products, programs, and projects end-to-end. Apply program management techniques with strong attention to detail, removing barriers, adapting to current conditions, and escalating risks.
  • Communicate clearly, openly, and effectively, distilling complex ideas into simple and compelling narratives to engage and influence stakeholders.
