Requirements
  • Experience in hotel guest services or equivalent work is required.
  • Previous work experience at a city hotel is preferred.
  • Ability to communicate in English or Chinese is preferred.
  • Ability to communicate with people from varied backgrounds.
  • Ability to work cooperatively as part of a team.
  • A positive, neat, and presentable appearance.
  • Flexibility and a willingness to take on challenges.
Responsibilities
  • Provide information about hotel facilities and nearby attractions, restaurants, and transportation.
  • Respond to guest inquiries and requests.
  • Confirm and arrange reservations for restaurants and other services.
  • Coordinate with relevant departments in response to guest needs.
  • Receive and deliver guests’ luggage.
  • Respond promptly and courteously to guests’ varied requests and inconveniences.
  • Understand individual guest needs and provide service that exceeds expectations.
  • Provide personalized hospitality to make guests’ stays more comfortable and memorable.
  • Perform other general guest service duties.
