Rezilient Health provides employer-sponsored direct primary and specialty care through its CloudClinic hybrid model, combining in-person, nurse-facilitated visits with remote physician guidance. Patients visit neighborhood clinics where a nurse uses connected diagnostic tools while a live physician reviews data and conducts exams remotely, enabling same-day access to primary and specialty care plus 24/7 virtual care. The company differentiates itself with remote-physician presence in the room, a scalable clinic network, and value-based pricing tied to health outcomes, aiming to reduce emergency room visits and hospitalizations. Its goal is to make multispecialty care more affordable and accessible for self-insured employers and their employees by delivering coordinated care at a predictable subscription price.
