- You independently lead a BarmeniaGothaer agency as a self-employed commercial agent under Section 84 of the German Commercial Code.
- You manage an existing customer portfolio, continuously expand it, and attract new customers to you and BarmeniaGothaer.
- You serve as the contact person for all provision and insurance matters, using digital tools for software-supported, comprehensive advice to private and corporate customers.
- You build your own agency team and support employees and self-employed customer advisers on their career paths.
