Requirements
  • General computer and typing skills are preferred.
  • A high school diploma or GED is preferred.
  • Product knowledge of collectibles, books, and media is preferred.
Responsibilities
  • Use appropriate keywords in auction titles, take clear representative photographs of items, and include relevant information and condition details in auction descriptions.
  • Accurately inventory, pick, and prepare outgoing multichannel products according to guidelines.
  • Provide quality control for multichannel products and ensure posted items follow marketplace guidelines, company policies and procedures, and state and federal laws.
  • Work with management to identify and resolve multichannel processing, listing, inventory, and customer service issues.
  • Attend trainings and meetings, run multichannel reports, and present relevant information during team huddles at management direction.
  • Support management in training fellow team members in the basics of multichannel processing and identifying donations suited for online sale.
  • Properly use and maintain multichannel equipment, reporting supply or equipment needs in a timely manner.
  • Meet multichannel production requirements and maintain the team's expected productivity when assigned other tasks.
  • Safeguard donations and company property, and keep workstations, sales floor, processing, and donation areas clean, safe, and organized.
  • Assist in different store areas as assigned, provide customer service to customers and donors, and refer concerns or complaints to management.
