Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree or military experience
  • At least 10 years of experience in auditing, risk management, or a combination
  • At least 3 years of project management experience or at least 3 years of experience managing audit engagements
  • At least 3 years of experience in people management
Responsibilities
  • Apply strategic thinking to set the direction and ensure continuous improvement in addition to day-to-day operational management of the Quality Programs team. Collaborate effectively across multiple organizations including Audit Practices, Audit Delivery, and other horizontal functions, including fostering strong relationships.
  • In partnership with the broader Practices leadership, develop mechanisms to ensure consistent quality of Audit deliverables.
  • Partner with Audit analytics and technology teams use automation and technology capabilities to advance quality program objectives and audit practitioner experience.
  • Clearly and concisely communicate (written and verbal) updates to key stakeholders on quality program results; oversee the preparation of communications (e.g., presentations, quarterly reports).
  • Identify opportunities to streamline, automate and enhance our quality programs, including leveraging data analytics to enhance program value.
  • Prioritize and oversee team activities, in addition to independently completing multiple tasks across the team and department. Demonstrate the ability to successfully meet deadlines and identify/escalate impediments in a timely manner.
  • Provide people leadership, both directly and indirectly, including training, coaching, and mentoring.
  • Develop a deep understanding of Audit Methodology and partner with Practices counterparts to influence methodology enhancements.
