About The Role:
The mission for the Associate Community Program Manager is to develop and grow programs that promote a sense of trust, engagement, and belonging—delighting existing members and drawing potential members into the network of our community.
We have a thriving community of HoneyBook members who are eager to talk to each other and to our team about their business and how they use HoneyBook. We’ve grown a brand new community platform to reach 20% of our active members in just 6 months and want to continue with this momentum to reach 50% of our members within the community by fall 2025.
The Associate Community Program Manager is a role we’re excited to open up to expand the value that community delivers to our members and demonstrate that value to potential HoneyBook members as well.
This role is hybrid to our SF office, 2-3 days per week (current expectation is Wednesdays and Thursdays in-office).
Here are a few of the things you will do:
In this role, you will support our community strategy by developing programs and tests that will support the growth of our community beyond a single surface, reaching potential new members, both from HoneyBook subscribed members and those who are not yet using the product. Your job will be to own the execution of program pilots and launches to:
- Grow membership with content engagement campaigns and new values-driven programs
- Increase engagement and help foster community advocates
- Be responsive to program participants’ needs and feedback as their point of contact
- Provide insights into member trends that will help guide the future of our community and company offerings
- Crafting and executing a compelling content strategy for the HoneyBook Community platform that amplifies the expertise of our members, partners, and cross-functional resources
- Build our first-ever community member advocate program
- Delivering meaningful data and trends to our team and the company
- Be a community partner internally

Here is what is needed:
- Must have 3 years of direct community skills: community moderation or management, content or community marketing, or community event specialization.
- Experience utilizing social media platforms, forums, and other community-building tools to connect with community members.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience building project management systems for community programs (ie: Notion).
