- Respond to requests for proposals and draft commercial proposals.
- Negotiate pricing conditions with prospects.
- Close sales.
- Understand consultant recruitment needs.
- Draft job advertisements and publish them on job boards.
- Source candidates.
- Conduct interviews.
- Track each candidate's recruitment process.
- Interest in completing a final-year internship.
