Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience within sales management roles
  • Demonstrated enterprise sales experience with a track record of high standards and top performance
  • Experience in selling to HR professionals
  • Strong knowledge of the employee benefit industry
  • Experience with leading teams
  • Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and attention to detail
  • Resilience to overcome objections and obstacles
  • Strong technical experience in CRM systems (SalesForce)
  • Knowledge of Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Keynote, etc.
Responsibilities
  • Successfully manage a corporate sales team to hit monthly targets in specific ClassPass territories
  • Communicate successes and roadblocks to management team
  • Action initiatives to drive high performance
  • Analyze data to direct team attention
  • Source new strategic sales opportunities through existing contacts and outbounding
  • Lead complex negotiations
  • Cross-collaboration with other department Managers
  • Attend industry events and conferences
  • Share expert knowledge in the HR/Benefit world
  • Responsible for direct reports hiring, onboarding, development, and performance
  • Collaborate with Corporate Account Management team
  • Create and execute training materials
  • Contribute and drive team-wide projects
