Requirements

A completed degree in Electrical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or Energy Engineering, or a comparable qualification; alternatively, a technician or master craftsman qualification in building services engineering (TGA).
Several years of professional experience in construction management, site supervision, construction management, or TGA planning, with a focus on electrical engineering (ELT).
Experience managing complex construction projects; experience in an EPCM environment or integrated project delivery models is preferred.
Confident use of VOB and sound knowledge of relevant standards and regulations, including DIN and HOAI.
High willingness to travel for project assignments at construction sites throughout Germany.
Strong organizational and communication abilities and a confident manner when dealing with diverse project stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Take responsibility for construction supervision as project manager for one or more sites during service phase 8, with a focus on electrical engineering (ELT).
Provide professional leadership and development for project teams and guide colleagues in the project context.
Manage construction projects economically, monitor construction execution, and serve as the interface to external project stakeholders.
Ensure adherence to schedule, budget, quality, and safety targets during construction execution.
Apply and manage cost, claims, and change management, and contribute to preparing offers.
Coordinate and manage all electrical engineering (ELT) trades and ensure smooth integration into the overall project.

Sie möchten komplexe Bau- und Immobilienprojekte im EPCM-Ansatz voranbringen und dabei Engineering, Procurement und Construction Management wirksam miteinander verbinden? In dieser Rolle steuern Sie anspruchsvolle Neubau- und Bestandsprojekte mit Schwerpunkt Elektrotechnik in der Kostengruppe 400, reduzieren Schnittstellenrisiken und sichern Termine, Kosten und Qualität über die gesamte Bauausführung hinweg.

Ihr Arbeitsumfeld ist so vielfältig wie unsere Projekte. Je nach Projektanforderung sind Sie bundesweit auf unseren Baustellen und Projektstandorten im Einsatz und arbeiten dabei eng mit den Teams an unseren Drees & Sommer Standorten zusammen.

Verantwortliche Bauüberwachung als Projektleiter:in einer oder mehrerer Baustellen in der Leistungsphase 8 mit Schwerpunkt Elektrotechnik (ELT)
Fachliche Führung und Weiterentwicklung von Projektteams sowie Anleitung von Kolleg:innen im Projektkontext
Wirtschaftliches Abwickeln der Bauvorhaben, Überwachung der Bauausführung sowie Schnittstellenfunktion zu externen Projektbeteiligten
Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Termin-, Budget-, Qualitäts- und Sicherheitszielen während der Bauausführung
Anwendung und Steuerung des Kosten-, Nachtrags- und Änderungsmanagements sowie Mitwirkung bei der Angebotserstellung
Koordination und Steuerung aller ELT-Gewerke sowie Sicherstellung einer reibungslosen Integration in das Gesamtprojekt

Qualifikationen

Abgeschlossenes Studium der Elektrotechnik, Gebäudetechnik- und Energietechnik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation bzw. Abschluss als Techniker:in oder Meister:in im Bereich TGA
Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in Bauleitung, Objektüberwachung, Construction Management oder TGA-Planung mit Schwerpunkt ELT
Erfahrung in der Steuerung komplexer Bauprojekte, idealerweise im EPCM-Umfeld oder in integrierten Projektabwicklungsmodellen
Sicherer Umgang mit der VOB sowie fundierte Kenntnisse relevanter Normen und Vorschriften (DIN, HOAI etc.)
Hohe Reisebereitschaft für Projekteinsätze auf Baustellen im gesamten Bundesgebiet
Sehr gute Organisations- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie souveränes Auftreten gegenüber unterschiedlichen Projektbeteiligten
