Requirements
  • A Bachelor's Degree or higher from an accredited university and 5+ years of experience in medical device, pharmaceutical sales, or medical field sales, or a High School Diploma/GED and 9+ years of experience in those fields.
  • A current, valid driver's license.
  • Use of a personal vehicle for company business and participation in the Fixed and Variable Reimbursement program.
  • Successful completion of a pre-hire motor vehicle record review and ongoing eligibility under the company's driver policy, insurance requirements, and annual policy sign-off.
  • Legal authorization to work in the country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status.
Responsibilities
  • Manage and grow sales of assigned products within a defined geographic territory, meeting or exceeding revenue and growth objectives.
  • Develop and execute territory business plans, including clinical education, customer engagement, and account prioritization strategies.
  • Build and sustain trusted relationships with surgeons, clinicians, and decision-makers across multiple hospital departments and sites of care.
  • Deliver compliant product demonstrations, in-servicing, and clinical support while ensuring accurate forecasting, reporting, and inventory management.
  • Comply with corporate policies, procedures, and security standards while performing assigned duties.
