Requirements
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in a professional organization selling end-to-end services-based consulting, products, and staffing.
  • Proven experience and examples of developing new business with large enterprise customers.
  • Demonstrated experience selling and delivering consulting engagements within large and mid-size enterprise clients.
  • Ability to leverage solution-selling frameworks and manage complex negotiations.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned customer or territory base.
  • Strong relationships within local markets.
Responsibilities
  • Act as the expert and primary point of contact for customers on strategic initiatives.
  • Manage and grow an assigned portfolio of existing customer accounts, strengthening relationships and identifying opportunities to expand engagements.
  • Identify and engage new prospects through outbound calls, emails, and social selling to build a pipeline of qualified opportunities.
  • Use networking strategies, including industry events, professional associations, and LinkedIn outreach, to establish and nurture relationships with potential clients.
  • Develop and execute top-of-funnel campaigns with marketing to generate leads and drive awareness in target markets.
  • Maintain consistent prospecting activity to support the pipeline and achieve monthly and quarterly lead-generation goals.
  • Identify, engage, and coordinate technical pre-sales, partnering with pre-sales Solutions Architects to align solution strategies, customer needs, and pursuit activities.
  • Drive revenue opportunities through defined sales phases using Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
  • Initiate master service agreements and statements of work with new and existing customers.
  • Establish and manage a territory and account plan.
  • Engage with alliance partnerships to drive strategic initiatives.
  • Meet or exceed annual sales goals within an assigned territory.
  • Maintain knowledge of new and emerging technologies and their impact on customer environments.
Desired Qualifications
  • Knowledge of Microsoft enterprise software technologies, project management, application development methodologies, artificial intelligence solutions, and Microsoft Frontier Firm Concepts.
  • Formal sales training or certification in consultative, solution, or enterprise selling methodologies, such as Sandler, Challenger, MEDDICC, or Miller Heiman.
