Requirements
- 1-2 years experience working in CRM/Retention/Lifecycle Marketing
- Previous experience working in ESP (Klaviyo preferred)
- Experience in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
- Basic understanding of email/SMS marketing metrics (OR, CTR, CVR) and the ability to review data and develop actionable insights
- Excitement for learning and improving; self-reflecting, takes feedback well, provides ideas
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Comfortable with having prioritization conversations cross-functionally
- Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

Responsibilities
- Work closely with Email Marketing Manager to ensure Asana tasks are input and completed
- Support the team in downloading and analyzing data on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
- Maintain email and SMS calendars, keeping them up to date and filled out with extreme attention to detail
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure timeline constraints are met
- Work closely with Email Operations Assoc. Manager to build campaigns and segments
- Opportunity to support email operations on our Canada site
- Act as a backup for our external email slicing agency
- Participate in email and SMS team QA sessions, creative reviews, and strategy discussions
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement growth marketing strategies aligned with company goals
- Attend marketing meetings, take applicable notes and relay back relevant, timely information to Retention team
- Assist with presentation building
- Research and practice, stay ahead of the latest updates regarding tools, techniques, and methods related to email and SMS marketing
