Responsibilities
  • Drive onboarding speed and quality so clients receive value quickly and accurately.
  • Manage post-go-live implementation requests for enterprise and growth clients, including configuring changes to live systems.
  • Query the database using SQL to query client data and solve problems; no previous SQL experience is required.
  • Assess, configure, and troubleshoot client account setups using growing technical knowledge.
  • Identify risks early and flag issues that could threaten adoption or renewal.
  • Build relationships through regular client calls and clear communication.
  • Work cross-functionally with Account Management, Partnerships, Marketing Science, Product, and the wider team to maintain alignment on onboarding progress.
  • Use generative artificial intelligence tools and the Gen AI hub to find more efficient ways of working.
  • Engage directly with customers, often meeting them in person, and develop strong interpersonal relationships.
  • Participate in blended in-person training covering business storytelling, account management, market research, product management, and financial management.
