  • An experienced, entrepreneurial and strategic leader with a proven track record of success in driving continuous improvement, innovation, and results in an environment of rapid growth.
  • A minimum of 7 years experience managing managers and leading teams of >40 people, preferably over multiple countries or continents.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and expand a substantial size of technical Implementation professionals focusing on different product and solution disciplines across North America and LATAM.
  • Responsible for the regional strategy, growth and execution of the implementation team and contribute to the overall strategy and success of the North America and LATAM regions.
  • Work with and influence strategic stakeholders to improve merchant experience, operations efficiency and product delivery.
  • Be an executive partner to the senior leadership of our merchants.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to build and expand highly effective and motivated implementation management teams, build and expand better product delivery, and create an environment for continuous improvement.
  • Develop, articulate, and execute a clear strategy for the team in alignment with the company's overall business goals and market trends.
