Requirements
  • Pursuing a Master's or Doctorate program in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, or a related field

  • Experience in plasma physics or semiconductor processing preferred

Responsibilities
  • Perform numerical investigations of elements of semiconductor processing tools using commercial and in-house software
  • Analyze obtained results, draw scientific conclusions and present at internal meetings
  • Lead small design projects involving plasma source and ion optics optimization
