Requirements
- At least 2 years of sales experience in international logistics, cross-border trucking, or third-party logistics.
- A strong customer network in manufacturing, automotive, retail, or related industries.
- Solid knowledge of customs clearance, freight pricing, and carrier networks.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with shippers, manufacturers, distributors, and other customers in the United States and Mexico.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities in cross-border trucking and logistics.
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through closing.
- Provide customized logistics solutions, pricing, and market insights.
- Negotiate contracts and develop long-term customer relationships.
- Work closely with operations and carrier teams to ensure successful service execution.
- Monitor customs requirements, freight rates, and market trends.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.
