Requirements
  • 15+ years in partner sales, alliances, or channel sales in B2B SaaS, including at least 7-8 years at Senior Director or Area Vice President level.
  • Experience owning a multi-regional revenue number spanning direct co-sell and indirect motions.
  • Experience operating as a peer to Vice President-level Sales leadership and influencing the partner motion.
  • A proven track record leading Channel Sales teams, managing Reseller Sales Managers, holding indirect revenue targets, and building or rebuilding reseller programs with tiering, rules of engagement, and enablement.
  • Experience operating across markets at different stages of maturity, including disciplined direct-led co-selling in AMER and indirect coverage in LATAM.
  • Experience working across Agency, Systems Integrator, Delivery, Technology, cloud hyperscaler, independent software vendor, Channel, and value-added reseller partner types.
  • Ability to define rules of engagement between direct and indirect sales motions and resolve channel conflict.
  • Ability to use account-mapping tools such as Crossbeam or equivalent to prioritize co-sell motions.

Responsibilities
  • Own the full partner sales motion across AMER and LATAM, including direct and indirect motions.
  • Set the regional strategy for going to market through partners across AMER and LATAM.
  • Define how the partner sales function operates across two markets with different stages of maturity.
  • Own commercial outcomes flowing through co-sell and indirect ecosystem routes to market.
  • Lead Partner Sales Managers covering Enterprise, General Business, Commercial, and LATAM segments.
  • Lead the direct co-sell motion with Delivery, Technology, and Marketplace partners.
  • Lead Reseller Sales Managers driving indirect ecosystem motions and regional book of business.
  • Set a consistent operating playbook while adapting its application to AMER and LATAM.
  • Build and maintain senior relationships with strategic regional partners.
  • Use Salesforce, Crossbeam, Tackle, Clari, and Looker to track partner engagement and impact and report performance to senior leadership.
  • Build a partner bench across AMER and LATAM by activating the appropriate technology, marketplace, and delivery partner for each account and opportunity.
  • Establish a reseller program with governance and operational discipline.
  • Embed partner-led selling into the operations of VP Sales leaders across AMER and LATAM.
  • Define the partner sales strategy for two markets, determine whether direct or indirect motions should lead, and build operating models and playbooks.
  • Lead a blended team of Partner Sales Managers and Reseller Sales Managers with targets, direct performance management, and accountability.
  • Participate in pipeline reviews, forecasts, and quarterly business reviews with VP Sales AMER and VP Sales LATAM.
  • Translate the two-market direct and indirect partnership strategy into an actionable playbook for the team and Sales leadership.
