Perform preventive maintenance to maintain safe and efficient operations.
Respond promptly to maintenance requests from residents and management.
Keep detailed records of maintenance activities and repairs.
Work with the team to improve maintenance of the communities.
Keep the workspace safe and organized.
Help install new equipment when needed.
Participate in a rotation schedule for emergency repairs and after-hours calls.

Job Description We’re looking for a Service Technician to help keep our multifamily communities running smoothly. If you enjoy solving problems, take initiative, and get things done, this job is for you!
Key Responsibilities:
